Disclaimer / Core Policy / No-Refund Policy For Machine Work / Custom Made Kits

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR CHARGEBACKS.

All purchases made through Shop67 for custom machine work, made-to-order services, or non-stocking items are final once an order is placed. Due to the custom nature of the work performed and parts ordered specifically per job, no refunds, returns, credits, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to customer error, change of plans, delays, or failure to provide required components.

Core Responsibility

When sending core components to Shop67 for machine work, the customer is solely responsible for shipping all required cores in a timely manner and in serviceable condition. Customers must include a prepaid return shipping label with all core shipments. If no return label is provided, Shop67 will invoice the customer for return shipping and handling prior to shipment.

Shop67 is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or missing parts during transit. All shipping damage or loss claims must be filed by the customer with the carrier used for shipment. Customers are strongly encouraged to properly package, insure, and track all shipments.

Core Deadline & Customer Non-Compliance

All machine-work orders require receipt of customer cores within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship cores promptly so work can be completed.

Shop67 orders job-specific hard parts and materials at the time of purchase to ensure efficient turnaround once cores arrive. As a result:

  • Failure to send cores within the required timeframe constitutes customer non-compliance

  • Delays caused by missing, late, or incomplete cores are not the responsibility of Shop67

  • Orders will not be refunded due to customer negligence, inaction, or failure to meet core requirements

  • Incomplete work resulting from missing cores does not qualify for refunds, credits, or compensation

Liability & Chargeback Policy

By placing an order with Shop67, the customer acknowledges and agrees that failure to comply with core return requirements waives any claim of liability against Shop67, including claims related to delays, incomplete work, missed riding time, or perceived losses.

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal initiated in violation of this policy will be fully contested using documented proof of this agreement, order records, and communication history. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of future service.
