The Shop67 CVO Stage 1 Cylinder Head Package is designed to improve the efficiency of factory CVO cylinder heads while retaining the excellent characteristics of the original CVO port design.
Rather than unnecessarily enlarging the ports, our Stage 1 package focuses on optimizing the bowl and throat geometry, improving airflow efficiency, and maintaining strong port velocity for excellent throttle response and usable torque.
By incorporating oversized 2.100” intake and 1.650” exhaust valves, we can establish proper throat percentages and make better use of the factory CVO port dimensions without sacrificing airspeed.
The result is a responsive, efficient cylinder head package ideal for street and performance touring applications.
