Harley Wheel Repair Service

Broken bolts? Spun wheel bearing? Damaged or broken hub lip?
Don’t replace an expensive Harley wheel just yet, We at Shop67 can repair many common wheel and hub failures.

Broken Bolt Removal

Broken or seized bolts are carefully removed using TIG welding techniques whenever possible, allowing us to extract the damaged fastener while preserving the original OEM threads.

If the bolts have snapped, twisted, or damaged the threads in the wheel, thread repair sleeves may be required. These are an additional $25 per hole and will be determined after we receive the wheel and begin removing the broken bolts.

Spun Wheel Bearing Repair

If a wheel bearing has spun and damaged or oversized the bearing bore, we can repair it rather than replacing the entire wheel.

The damaged hub is CNC machined to accept a precision interference-fit repair sleeve, restoring the bearing bore to the proper size and fit.

Broken Sprocket / Pulley Support Lip

A broken or damaged support lip can also be repaired.

The damaged area is TIG welded and rebuilt, then set up in the CNC and precision machined back to the proper dimensions to correctly locate and support the sprocket or pulley.

Save your OEM wheel instead of replacing it.

All repairs are inspected upon arrival. Additional damage or repairs outside the selected service will be discussed before proceeding.
