Shop67 M8 Big-Bore Kits are built for riders who want real power, durability, and consistency—not just a pile of parts.
Each kit starts with brand-new cylinders machined to accept gen 1 or gen 2 cyl heads that are torque-plate honed in-house to replicate real-world operating stress. This process ensures proper ring seal, reduced blow-by, and long-term reliability. Every kit is matched with forged pistons, chosen for strength, heat resistance, and stability in high-performance applications.
Pistons are paired with file-fit rings that are pre-gapped to spec, eliminating guesswork during assembly and protecting the engine under heavy load and heat.
Before shipping, every kit is thoroughly cleaned, lightly oiled, and packaged ready to install, saving build time and ensuring contamination-free assembly right out of the box.
Multiple compression ratios are available to properly match camshaft choice, fuel quality, and riding style—whether the goal is a strong street build or a more aggressive performance setup.
