  • Stage 1 Head Service includes TIG welding of oil and/or coolant holes, CNC decking, full disassembly, bronze taper guide replacement for improved port velocity, pocket porting with properly sized throat diameter, a performance 4-angle valve job, and new valve springs set up for your cam choice. This combination can deliver a notable airflow increase—an excellent option for budget big-bore builds or stock rebuilds looking for a solid bump in power. Please include a note with cam specs when shipping.

  • Stage 2 Head Service includes everything from our Stage 1 package—TIG welding of oil/coolant holes, CNC decking, bronze taper guide replacement, pocket-port throat setup, a performance 4-angle valve job, and springs matched to your cam—but adds full CNC porting and +1mm oversized valves for a major increase in airflow and power. The intake runners are CNC port-matched to your choice of a 70mm HPI or 68mm SE manifold. This is an excellent option for high-output big-bore builds.
