The Shop67 CVO Stage 2 Cylinder Head Package is designed for riders looking for a strong, responsive hot street engine without stepping up to a full CNC race-port package.
Built around the factory CVO cylinder head castings, this package combines oversized valves, hand-corrected port geometry, and precision CNC machining to improve airflow, torque, and horsepower throughout the usable RPM range.
Our approach focuses on optimizing the factory CVO port design rather than simply increasing port volume. By correcting the short-side radius and throat geometry, we improve airflow efficiency while maintaining the port velocity needed for strong throttle response and midrange torque.
An excellent choice for 110”–124” Twin Cam builds with performance camshafts, increased compression, and supporting intake and exhaust upgrades.

Bronze Tapered Valve Guides – Installed and precision-fitted for improved durability, valve stability, and longevity.
Oversized Valves – 2.100” intake and 1.650” exhaust valves to establish proper throat percentages and maximize the efficiency of the factory CVO ports.
Hand-Ported SSR & Throat Correction – Short-side radius and throat geometry carefully corrected to improve airflow, port efficiency, and airspeed.
Beehive Valve Springs – Selected and set up for your specific camshaft profile, valve lift, and intended RPM range.
CNC Valve Job – Precision-machined valve seats and angles to improve airflow, sealing, and valve performance.
CNC Deck Surfacing – Precision-machined cylinder head gasket surfaces for consistent sealing and proper deck finish.
