The Shop67 Stage 1 Throttle Body & Intake Port Upgrade is a cost-effective way to improve airflow and complement our Stage 1 cylinder head and cam packages while retaining your factory Harley-Davidson throttle body.
Your OEM throttle body is set up in our CNC and machined using our developed porting program. We offer multiple runner sizes to properly match the throttle body to your specific cylinder head and engine combination rather than simply making the opening as large as possible.
After CNC machining, the throttle body and intake manifold are hand blended behind the throttle blade, creating a smooth transition and precise, concentric match from the throttle body into the intake runners.
The result is increased effective airflow and a properly matched intake tract without the expense of replacing the complete throttle body.

Runner sizing matched to your engine/head combination
Hand blending of the intake manifold
